“The Little Prince” director Mark Osborne, Skywalker Sound’s Randy Thom, “The Book of Life” helmer Jorge Gutierrez and Emmy-winning director Shannon Tindle (“Go Goo Go”) are the keynote speakers at the 16th annual View Conference slated for Oct. 19-23 in Turin, Italy. The confab brings together professionals for the latest trends in computer graphics, interactive techniques, digital cinema, 2D and 3D animation, gaming and visual effects.
Osborne will speak on “The Challenges of Adapting a Beloved Classic,” taking View attendees on a tour of the creative techniques used to create “The Little Prince,” an adaptation of the French literary masterpiece.
