PNG ratification vote results in!

Unifor Local 2000 held a ratification meeting for members at Pacific Newspaper Group to vote on the proposed agreement with the company. The agreement includes many changes, but most importantly, it would save a number of jobs for the 54 people facing layoffs.
QUESTION: Are you in favour of accepting the tentative agreement arrived at with PNG as presented to you by the bargaining committee of Unifor Local 2000?

Spoiled: zero
The members voted 82 per cent in favour of the agreement.
Voter turnout: Of 210 eligible voters, 164 voted, reflecting a 78 per cent turnout.
