Mr. Richard Carmon Purdy crafted the Vanilla Caramel recipe in 1907 and it’s still closely followed today. Say hi to Ross, one of our Candy Makers, making a fresh batch of Vanilla Caramel. He’s been a part of #TeamPurdys for over 36 years and his favourite is our No Sugar Added Sweet Georgia Browns.
