Marine Printers is looking for a Komori L28 Printing Press Operator

Summary: 
Marine Printers is a commercial printing company that specializes in offset printing and is looking for an experienced Komori Printing Press Operator.  You will be responsible for review & set up of all print jobs related to this machine from receipt of docket to completion of the print run.
 
Job Duties:
Review job docket specifications for stock, inks, run length etc.
Load paper & set press & feeder for paper size & thickness.
Set up the press using the Komori PQC operating system
Be able to save & retrieve ink profiles for future use.
Mount & adjust printing plates for fit and alignment.
Match & maintain colour consistency throughout run.
Mix & match spot colours using the PMS colour matching system swatch book.
Monitor repeat press runs for quality and consistency matching previous print runs.
Clean blanket, impression & transfer cylinders.
