Here’s a few notable improvements:
– Salary increases: 1.75% (Sept. 1), 1.75% (2024), 1.75% (2025)
– An additional 2% added to the wage scale for employees with seven or more years.
– Improvements to sick leave provisions
– Language improved for on-air personnel doing remotes – set-up and tear-down time included.
– Clothing allowance improvements for on-air personnel
– Letter of understanding covers Indigenous leave provisions.
