RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsible for the printing of quality products within the deadlines using established processes and
procedures. Accountable for all of operations of the automated palletizing line and maintaining bundle quality
from the front of the folders to the palletizer. Ensure mechanical elements are programmed as per individual
customer requirements. This will include downloading run-list distribution into appropriate computer files, PLC
interface of the automated palletizing line. Effectively manage work flow and ensure production requirements
are consistently met. Troubleshoot, maintain and complete repairs of automated equipment. Communicate
with Head Pressmen to ensure maximum production of print materials and maintain accurate and complete
reports. Understand and embrace 5’S workplace organization standards. Promote Health & Safety policies
and procedures. Adhere to continuous improvement, Preventative Maintenance and Standard Operating
Procedures.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of 2 year College level Robotics program or equivalent in the field of
electronic technologies and/or upgraded experience.
Exposure to machine interfacing and PLC Programming.
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Reliable.
Has knowledge of Safety Awareness.
Works independently with minimal supervision.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work shifts.
Organizational and prioritizing skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rate of Pay: $25.05 per hour as per Unifor Local 780G Collective Agreement Bonafide physical requirements to carry out the duties of the role include; standing, walking, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 20lbs. through 12 hour shifts.
