Cowichan Newsleader Pictorial ratifies new agreement

Members from  both the mechanical and non mechanical departments at the Cowichan Newsleader Pictorial ratified a new collective agreement on December 21. It is a four-year agreement that includes a signing bonus in year two and two years of 1% increases. It also includes a new commission structure for the sales department. The agreement ends December 31st, 2013.
